Design Statement

This house has been designed to be an open plan, flowing environment. It is self sustainable and easy to maintain, the house is designed to be of a simplistic elegance. It is designed with natural materials with an idea of an industrial touch. It is a house that will upgrade/improve the community and make it a happy, safe place to live.

                                 

                   

Design Idea

This is my idea of how my exterior walls would look like. I have stained pieces of wood with an economical stain that has a beautiful dark coloured weathered look that would suit my idea for my house.
